That’s why we let our employees take on responsibilities right off the bat - and provide them with individualized support and the opportunity to take part in continuing education programs. In addition to providing such continuing education opportunities, we are also continually optimizing our work processes. And in order to do that, we need our employees to make suggestions for improvement. This is a collaborative process which benefits our whole team.

We all know how important it is to feel good in our jobs and also be able to take care of our families. We take work-life balance seriously at WEFA. That’s why we work together with our staff to find individualized solutions such as flexible work schedules and the option of working remotely.

Tailor-made training period

Professional and social integration is the central piece of WEFA’s onboarding process. In order to achieve this, we offer an intensive technical / professional training program led by our managers and staff as well as our mentoring program. The “mentor” is an experienced colleague outside your main working group who you can contact if you have any work-related questions or situations you’d like to discuss. It is very important to us that each new employee gets all the support they need to feel “at home”. We have also set up an individualized integration plan to help ease your transition to the company. This includes three meetings during your probationary period where you meet with your supervisor for an open feedback round. These meetings are an opportunity to discuss your personal development and determine any unmet needs.
