What to do after school - Your future at WEFA
Training has a long tradition with us. For many decades, we have been training young people and giving them the opportunity to start their careers at WEFA. In doing so, we are constantly developing and also have the courage to always break new ground. That is why, for example, we have maintained our own training workshop for our industrial trainees for many years.
You become part of the team on your very first day and can immediately make use your skills. You will be supervised by our experienced and well-qualified trainers. And you always have access to our employees who are here to show you everything you need to know. A top-notch team is waiting for you. You are sure to feel at home here.
Our goal is to find the right full-time position for each of our apprentices and dual program students who complete WEFA’s training programs – and we have an almost 100% success rate! This is why we support and advise our young colleagues throughout the transition process from apprentice / student to employee. Our experience shows that our apprentices quickly get a sense of which tasks suit them best and in which department they would like to work in later. This helps them land the job they’re looking for!
If you’re interesting in joining our successful team, then please get in touch. We’re looking forward to meeting you!

Information & application tips
Our apprenticeships start in September and follow the academic calendar. The jobs are listed about one year in advance. However: If a position is still listed, that means that it hasn’t been filled yet - and you can apply any time. If a position for the next year has already been filled, it will no longer appear on our website.
You can apply either via our website or by sending an email to: bewerbung@wefa.com. Please attach all of your application documents (cover letter, curriculum vitae, diplomas or a preliminary transcript, certificate of enrollment, etc.) as files (maximum file size: 25 MB, PDF, jpeg, jpg formats are permitted). Please note that we do not accept applications by mail.
If we invite you for an interview, that means you have overcome the first hurdle - and we’re looking forward to meeting you. Now just be yourself. We want to see how well you would fit in our team. We want to find out the reasons you want to work in this area, your expectations about the apprenticeship or the dual studies program. This also gives you the opportunity to ask us questions about the apprenticeship. And, of course, you also have the opportunity to experience the work setting directly. If the interview is successful, you will be offered an apprenticeship position. The entire application process normally lasts 4-6 weeks.
Any questions left? Then please get in touch with us. We’ll be happy to help.
